It is a lovely dress. I am 5’1 but it is a little too long and wide for me. It was almost to my ankles. The torso was also too long for my body. The belt hit me way under my bra area(to be an A-line dress) , but not quite at my waist. It was somewhere in the middle so it looked a little awkward on my short body. When I sat, there was too much material on my back as well. I wore the dress and it was very pretty. If I would do it over, I would have purchased the Petite size because it really does matter. I wore it and received compliments on the dress but kept fiddling with it all night because the cut of the dress felt weird. The material is beautiful and very comfortable. Very well made. The color looks gorgeous in the daylight and night. Just the perfect amount of sparkle. If purchasing, be mindful of sizing. I do, however, recommend this beautiful dress.
